A windy night on the water with a strong upwind breeze and little flow in the river made it a hard paddle with no assistance from the river. Phil Wadley and Beth were flying in the Polo BAT’s and made big gains on their personal bests, I was third followed by James, Noel and Oscar, all of us getting personal best times. Geoff was next over the line followed by Phil Nelson, Richard and Ken all just out side their best. Phil Barratt was last over the line after a tough paddle. Thanks to Donelda for timing the race.
