The club open day was held on Sunday March 1 with around 40 people getting out on the water.
Three river trips from Woolmers down to Longford mill dam happened early in the day. A couple of paddlers went for a quick jaunt up and then back down the river. Canoe Polo finished off the day on the bottom side of the weir. The water level was a bit low to get the wave working but some skills were seen being practiced.
It was a great day out on the water with happy faces all around. Thanks to all those who led trips, carted gear, helped setup gear and just generally made it a good day.
